Warranty Information
These warranty ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between customers ("you”, or “the customer") and SM SMART TRADING PTY LTD ABN 15 675 563 809 ("we," "us," "SM ROLLER SHUTTERS," or "our"), concerning the ordering, purchase, fulfillment, and delivery of goods ("Goods").
What Is Covered?
We warrants that for the designated period of time set out below under the section ‘Roller Shutter Warranty Period’, will replace any part/component of the roller shutter (subject to the exceptions outlined below under ‘What Is Not Covered’), subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
