We require a homeowner or authorised decision-maker to be present so we can discuss your needs, explain options and ensure all measurements and installation details are correct. This prevents miscommunication and allows us to provide a clear, final quote on the spot.

What warranty do you provide?

Your roller shutters come with a 10-year product warranty covering the shutter system. Our premium German Elero motors include a 7-year manufacturer warranty for long-term reliability. Installation is also backed by our workmanship guarantee, giving you full peace of mind.

Can I get a ballpark quote over the phone?

We can offer general guidance, but accurate pricing requires a professional on-site measure. Window sizes, installation height, access to power and structural conditions all affect the final cost. Seeing your home in person ensures your quote is correct the first time with no surprises later.

How long does a measure and quote take?

Most appointments take 20–40 minutes depending on the number of openings. We measure each window precisely, discuss your motor and colour options, and explain the best installation method. You’ll receive a fixed, detailed quote before we leave your home.

We service Melbourne and most surrounding suburbs across the west, north, east and south-east regions. If you’re located outside our standard service area, contact us and we’ll confirm availability based on your location and project size.

Can I supply my own shutters or motors?

No. We only install shutters and motors that we prepare and quality-check ourselves. This ensures proper fit, compatibility and long-term performance. Externally purchased shutters or motors cannot be guaranteed and may not meet Australian standards.

What happens after I accept the quote?

Your shutters are custom-cut and prepared in our Melbourne workshop to match your exact measurements. Every unit is aligned, tested and checked before installation to ensure smooth operation.

We then schedule your installation date. Our full-time technicians install your shutters with precision, licensed electricians handle power connection safely, and we ensure every opening has a clean, secure finish.
